With just two weeks of summer remaining, the final push to wrap up major construction by the first day of the 2011-2012 school year is well underway. Campus CMG's roster of K-12 construction work taking place this summer includes renovations at the following districts:

Congratulations to Addison CSD — the District celebrated the completion of a $28.4 million additions and renovations project with a ribbon cutting and dedication, accompanied by building tours and reflections on a job well done.

Campus CMG is the construction manager for the District's 2011 Additions & Renovations project, which created new and modernized learning spaces for overcrowded classrooms and activity rooms. The project also included significant safety and technology upgrades.

Residents of Port Byron Central School District approved a $5.6 million capital project on Tuesday evening by a vote of 202-181. The project will have no local tax impact on the District's residents and businesses.

The project's key components include a community fitness center that will be open to residents when it is not in use by students. Other community benefits include a shared fueling facility with the Town and Village.

East Rochester Union Free School District recently selected Campus CMG to provide construction management services for its upcoming renovations project. The project will include repairs and alterations to the Bird & Morgan Schools, renovations to the Kate Gleason Memorial Pool & Pool Building, and parking/bus loop repaving.

Campus CMG is currently providing similar services to neighboring districts including Honeoye Falls - Lima CSD, Penfield CSD, and Webster CSD.

Campus CMG is pleased to welcome Bradford Central School District as one of our newest clients in the Southern Tier Region. The District's $7.48M renovations project will include reconstruction of the bus garage, track replacement, roof work and site work. Interior improvements to the school will include science lab and art room renovations, kitchen/cafeteria improvements, and library renovations.
