This $29.2 million renovations project was the first of its kind for the BOCES and brought significant upgrades to its main campus in Spencerport, NY.

• 15,200 s.f. classroom addition

Associated Site Work:

• Parking lot reconstruction to accomodate 450 spaces
• Bus & traffic flow improvements
• Lighting & utility upgrades
• Drainage improvements
• Playground relocation
