Capital Construction Project

Lake Shore Central School District

► Capital Construction Project

Lake Shore Central School District’s $59.8 million Capital Construction project was approved by voters as two separate propositions. The first proposition addressed district-wide facilities and program needs identified during the state-mandated building condition survey. The second proposition added significant improvements to the District's arts, athletic and technology programs. In addition to providing scope development assistance and conceptual estimates during the pre-referendum phase, Campus also provided public information campaign services to help the District develop and deliver key communications to voters.
