After successfully managing its $6.7 million Truman Project, which addressed safety/technology, entrance, and site improvements at Truman Elementary School, Lackawanna City School District retained Campus to assist in its next major capital project. The 2015 Capital Improvement Project focused on aging building infrastructure (with the criteria of warm, safe and dry) and renovations for the ever-evolving educational program.
