Capital Project Phases I-II
Addison Central School District
► Capital Project Phases I-II
Campus CMG has provided construction management services to Addison CSD since the mid-1990s. Our first project for the District was an $8.9 million, 37,000 SF additions and renovations project. Buildings renovated included the high school, two elementary schools, and the bus garage.
Campus next provided full CM services for the district's $28.4 million renovation and expansion project, completed in 2011. This "Phase I" project involved major renovations to the middle/high school, including a new 32,000 SF, two-story addition. This addition included a new cafeteria, science classrooms, computer labs, a virtual business suite, and 10 new general classrooms. In the existing building, renovated spaces were created for a new library, home careers suite, and new administrative offices.
Phase II was a $22.9 million renovation and addition project. Tuscarora Elementary School and Addison High School underwent renovations as well as the district's athletic fields. This was completed in 2016.
Campus provided significant pre-referendum services to get Phase 3 out to vote. Scope includes a complete renovation of the pool facility, historic renovation of the auditorium, reconfiguration of the main office and secured entry for Tuscarora Elementary.
