This $59.8 million project at Lake Shore CSD features district-wide renovations at seven buildings, plus arts, athletics, and technology improvements.

"Warm, Safe, and Dry" was the focus of Lackawanna City School District's project to address aging infrastructure.

The District's new mixed-use "gymnatorium" is a creative solution to accommodate large groups. Campus was selected early on to assist with architect selection, BCS, and pre-referendum planning.

Most recently, Campus assisted the District with the pre-referendum planning for a $50 million district-wide renovations and athletic improvements project.

Campus provided significant assistance on both phases of this district's renovations.

The Olean City School District selected Campus CMG to provide construction management services to assist in planning out multiple project scenarios.

Addison Central School District

Campus CMG has provided construction management services to Addison CSD since the mid-1990s. Our first project for the District was an $8.9 million, 37,000 SF additions and renovations project. Buildings renovated included the high school, two elementary schools, and the bus garage. 

After two previous successful projects, the Spencerport District recently selected Campus CMG to provide CM services for its $2.4 million renovations project.

The fourth and final phase of the $112.2 M project was the construction of the new Calkins Middle School.

Campus CMG managed the construction of the renovations and additions to Pembroke CSD.
