Campus Announces Employee Promotions for 2022
Campus Construction Management Group is pleased to announce the following employee promotions taking effect on January 1, 2022. Through hard work and dedication, each of these employees have excelled in their roles, consistently demonstrating the Campus management and leadership qualities that our clients and our teams rely on. Please join us in congratulating them all on their excellent work.
Gary Huffman has been promoted to Vice President. Gary has been with our company for 27 years. His experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Executive includes 50+ K-12 CM projects totaling close to $1 billion in total referendum value. Gary's depth of experience with our corporate philosophy and the challenges of the K-12 market make him a valuable addition to the executive team, where he will contribute to overseeing the firm’s corporate initiatives and strategies for growth.
John Robinson has been promoted to Project Executive. John has been a key member of our Western NY project teams since 2015, helping lead some of our largest and most complex projects to completion at Grand Island CSD, Kenmore-Tonawanda UFSD and Lake Shore CSD. In his new role as Project Executive, John will provide executive leadership of multiple project teams across the WNY region, providing overall direction and support from project planning stages through completion.
Tracy Thomas has been promoted to Director of Business Development. Tracy has been a core member of the Business Development team since 2009. Her experience in proposal development and marketing has expanded over the years to include pre-referendum campaign coordination and identification of new project and client pursuits. In her new role as Director of Business Development, Tracy will provide leadership to the Business Development team and support the Executive Team in developing new Business Development leads and marketing strategies.
John Langdon has been promoted to Senior Estimator. John joined the Campus team as an Estimator in 2016. In addition to his top-notch work with the Estimating team, John also provides a key service to the company as our IT Committee chair and in-house IT support liaison. In his new role, John will provide enhanced support to the Estimating team to facilitate timely production and ensure quality results.
Nick Ippolito has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Nick joined Campus as a Project Manager in 2019. He’s provided support to our project teams at Avon CSD, Pittsford CSD, and Webster CSD, and is currently managing our projects at Brighton CSD and Monroe 1 BOCES. Nick is also an active member of the HR Committee. In his new role as Senior Project Manager, Nick will provide leadership support to the project teams and serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and architects.
Carl Hughes has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Carl joined Campus as a Project Manager in 2018. He’s provided support to our project teams across the Southern Tier region, including Addison CSD, Arkport CSD, and Canaseraga CSD. In his new role as Senior Project Manager, Carl will provide leadership support to the project teams and serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and architects.
Sarah Gambino has been promoted to Project Manager. Sarah began working with Campus as an intern and was hired as a full-time Assistant Project Manager 2019. Her work includes multiple Campus projects and membership on the IT Committee. In her new role as Project Manager, Sarah will provide leadership and support to the project teams, managing construction project schedules and budget, and coordinating the flow of communication between owners, contractors, and architects.
Patrick Arrow has been promoted to Project Manager. Patrick joined Campus in as a Field Manager in 2020, with experience as a Journeyman Carpenter. His involvement has expanded to include various project management responsibilities, leading him to a new role as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Patrick will provide project team leadership and support, managing construction project schedules and budget, and coordinating the flow of communication between owners, contractors, and architects.
Zeb Hoffmann has been promoted to Field Manager. Zeb has been a Campus team member and Assistant Project Manager since 2018. His work on large-scale projects with Campus has given him the opportunity to build skills in both project management and field management. Zeb's ability to manage and coordinate field activities and communicate with contractors are a natural fit for his new role as Field Manager.
Glenn Kofahl has been promoted to Senior Field Manager. Glenn joined the Campus team as a Field Manager in 2017. His work includes multiple large-scale projects at Fairport CSD and Webster CSD, where he has excelled in site supervision and contractor coordination. In his new role as Senior Field Manager, Glenn will take a lead role in overseeing field activities for the project and be responsible for construction schedules, field coordination, and team leadership support on projects.
