Promotion Announcement: Six Key Staff Promotions to Start 2018

Campus Construction Management Group Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of six employees in its Pittsford and Williamsville offices.

Nicolas Humphrey has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to the position of Project Executive. Mr. Humphrey has 18+ years of experience in construction management with a strong background in higher education and K-12 education facility construction.  In his new role, Mr. Humphrey will lead project teams in the Western NY region, providing overall direction and support from project planning stages through completion. Mr. Humphrey joined Campus CMG in 2016 and is currently managing capital projects for the Eden, Lake Shore, Springville-Griffith Institute, Cleveland Hill­­ and Warsaw school districts.\

John Limbeck has been promoted from Project Manager to the position of Senior Project Manager. Mr. Limbeck’s experience includes over 30 years in educational, industrial, and residential construction. His extensive work as a construction manager for complex educational and industrial projects has enhanced his experience managing multimillion-dollar contracts that involve highly specialized program spaces and systems. In his new role, Mr. Limbeck will provide leadership support to the project teams and serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and architects. Mr. Limbeck joined Campus CMG in 2015 and is currently managing capital projects for the Brighton and Honeoye Falls-Lima school districts, as well as Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES in Spencerport.

John Robinson has been promoted from Project Manager to the position of Senior Project Manager. His experience in construction management spans projects in the K-12, higher education, healthcare, federal, military, and housing categories. In his new role, Mr. Robinson will provide leadership support to the project teams and serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and architects. Mr. Robinson joined Campus CMG in 2015 and is currently managing to projects for the Lake Shore and Kenmore-Tonawanda school districts.

Alex Dibble has been promoted from Assistant Project Manager to the position of Project Manager. He has over 8 years of experience that includes a strong background in education facility construction management and special expertise in masonry. In his new role, Mr. Dibble will provide management support to the project teams. He will manage construction project schedules and budget, and coordinate the flow of communication between owners, contractors, and architects. Mr. Dibble joined Campus CMG in 2015 and is currently managing capital projects for the Victor and Webster school districts.

Marco Marascio has been promoted from Assistant Project Manager to the position of Project Manager. His experience includes a strong foundation in education facility construction management that includes K-12 and higher education facilities. In his new role, Mr. Marascio will provide management support to the project teams. He will manage construction project schedules and budget, and coordinate the flow of communication between owners, contractors, and architects. Mr. Marascio joined Campus CMG in 2016 and is currently managing projects for Batavia City Schools and Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES in Spencerport.

David Spitale has been promoted from Field Manager to the position of Senior Field Manager. Mr. Spitale has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry that includes general construction and construction management. In his new role, Mr. Spitale will take the lead in scheduling, coordinating, and supervising field project activities while maintaining good labor relations and managing project contractors. He joined Campus CMG in 2011 and is currently managing construction for the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District.
