Campus CMG and Students Interact at "Careers in Construction Day"
Campus CMG project managers Mark Esposito and Brian Beachner exhibited at this year's 13th annual RCCI Careers in Construction Day. The annual event, held at the Monroe County Fleet Center by Rochester Careers in Construction, Inc., gave nearly 1,000 career-minded students in grades 8-12 a unique opportunity to speak directly to construction industry professionals, and to participate in hands-on skill-building activities.
"We always look forward to participating in this event," says Esposito. "Construction management for schools is Campus' specialty, so when we talk about school construction we make an immediate connection with the students — it's something they can really relate to." At the event, Campus provided students with construction workforce career path information and showcased projects for K-12 clients in the area.
