Most recently, Campus assisted the District with the pre-referendum planning for a $50 million district-wide renovations and athletic improvements project.
This $48 million, multi-phased capital improvement project consisted of renovations to 8 district buildings.
Campus provided significant assistance on both phases of this district's renovations.
Campus CMG has provided construction management services to the Randolph CSD for nearly a decade.
Avoca Central School District is located in Steuben County, northwest of Corning along the Cohocton River. The district's elementary, middle, and high schools share a single K-12 campus and serve just over 600 students.
The District's $10.0 million capital improvement plan was approved June 16, 2005, and construction started in the spring of 2006.
Campus CMG has completed numerous projects for Waterloo CSD including the District's $13 million bus garage, parking area and salt barn.
