Campus CMG has provided Construction Management services to Addison CSD since the mid-1990s. Our first project for the District was an $8.9 million, 37,000 SF additions and renovations project. Buildings renovated included the high school, two elementary schools, and the bus garage. The project was executed in five phases over a two-year period and utilized 14 prime contractors.
Campus CMG has been providing construction management services to Victor CSD for over a decade.
After two previous successful projects, the Spencerport District recently selected Campus CMG to provide CM services for its $2.4 million renovations project.
After nearly three years of careful planning, Penfield CSD's $73 million, multi-phase project successfully reached completion.
Campus Construction oversaw a $24.1 million project for Canandaigua City School District.
The Campus Team has served Allegany - Limestone CSD since 1995. Work with the District includes five capital improvement projects totaling $76.1 million in referendum value.
This project consisted of additions and renovations to three district buildings for the Attica CSD.
Spring-like temperatures in December have welcomed workers putting in the new playground equipment at Gananda CSD. The playground upgrades are part of a $2.5 million Facilities Preservation and Improvement Project that is nearly complete.

Campus Construction Management Group Readies Schools to Open On Schedule
Pittsford, New York (August 30, 2011) – Students’ last week of summer vacation is Campus Construction Management Group’s last big push to wrap up major construction in time for the first week of school.
Wellsville CSD recently unveiled its brand new Bus Maintenance Facility. The District's existing bus garage was razed in January 2010 to make way for the new and improved facility.
The newly constructed 26,622 sf facility features two maintenance bays with hydraulic bus lifts, storage for 18 buses, a bus wash with reclamation, fluid storage, driver's training room, and offices. The building was turned over for District use on December 22, 2010.
