Campus CMG has provided Construction Management services to Addison CSD since the mid-1990s. Our first project for the District was an $8.9 million, 37,000 SF additions and renovations project. Buildings renovated included the high school, two elementary schools, and the bus garage. The project was executed in five phases over a two-year period and utilized 14 prime contractors.
Members of Campus' Addison CSD project team recently made the news by lending a hand to the Webelos Scouts. Here's a look at the story exerpt — for the full November 1 issue is available from the Addison Post online at http://www.myaddisonpost.com/.

Improvements will also include a 2-story addition onto the Addison High School, allowing middle schoolers to finally study under one roof. The renovations, funded by state aid and local reserves, will not impact the local tax share.
