Campus prepared conceptual estimates, performed aid-ability reviews & calculations, and assisted with a facility planning assessment to consolidate the District's elementary schools and expand Fletcher ES to accommodate all UPK-5 students.

The District secured nearly $38M in state aid — including a $12.9M additional cost allowance. Campus assisted with a public information campaign, and voters approved the project.

The scope featured a two-story, 100,000 sq. ft. addition at Fletcher with STEAM classrooms, art/music spaces, a gym, OT/PT upgrades, and a library/media center. Renovated spaces included a kitchen & cafeteria, classrooms, and an auditorium. A new play field was also constructed.
