► Capital Improvement Project

Our first project for Medina Central School District was a $34 million renovations project completed in 2020. As our first phase of CM services, Campus provided project planning and public information campaign assistance to prepare for a successful referendum. The project was presented to voters in two separate propositions. The first proposition included renovations to address high-priority facilities and program needs. The second proposition included an expansion to the District's athletic facility, Veterans Memorial Park, known among the community as "Vets Park." Upon a successful vote, Campus provided pre-construction, construction, and close-out phase services to deliver the project.

Veterans Memorial Park Reconstruction & Expansion

• New synthetic turf field

• Baseball/softball field reconfiguration
• Rebuild existing drainage system beneath turf field
