After two previous successful projects, the Spencerport District recently selected Campus CMG to provide CM services for its $2.4 million renovations project.

The fourth and final phase of the $112.2 M project was the construction of the new Calkins Middle School.

Campus CMG has worked with the Hilton CSD since 1996, providing CM services spanning five projects, totaling more than $80 million.

This was the largest capital project in District history

This project spanned the district’s 20 schools over the course of four years, bringing them up to date with New York State Learning Standards, technology and telecommunications. 

Campus began working with Clyde-Savannah CSD midway through the EXCEL Improvement Project passed by voters in 2009.

Campus CMG was awarded the Construction Management contract for the additions and renovations capital project at the Churchville-Chili CSD.

Campus has been serving Webster CSD for over 20 years.
