Campus Construction Management Group Announces Six Promotions to Start in 2021

Campus Construction Management Group is pleased to announce the following employee promotions taking effect on January 1, 2021:

Jason Hannon has been promoted to Director of Project Development. Jason started with Campus in 2009. Since then, he has fulfilled the roles of assistant project manager, project manager, field manager, and estimator—providing support to all regions throughout New York State. This broad experience has given him a unique understanding of the project process and role responsibilities. In his new position, Jason will work with project teams to facilitate the entire project planning process, assisting with scope development and the coordination of cost estimates, constructability reviews, project schedules, and preparation of bid documents. He will manage the estimating process and oversee the value engineering and constructability review process to help mitigate potential change orders.

Charlene Stafford has been promoted to Project Manager. Charlene started as an administrative assistant with Campus in 2013 and was promoted to Project Engineer last year, where she has provided support to our project teams at Cazenovia CSD, North Rose – Wolcott CSD, and Geneva City CSD. In her new role, Charlene will provide management support to the project teams. She will manage construction project schedules and budget, and coordinate the flow of communication between owners, contractors, and architects.

George Spinaris has been promoted to Project Executive. George started as a Senior Project Manager with Campus in 2017. He’s provided support to our project teams at Hammondsport CSD, West Irondequoit CSD, and he’s currently assisting project teams at Fairport CSD, Honeoye Falls-Lima CSD, Churchville-Chili CSD, Greece CSD, Gananda CSD, and Victor CSD. In his new role, George will lead our project teams across the Finger Lakes region, providing overall direction and support from project planning stages through completion.

Jared Miller has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Jared began working with Campus as a Field Manager in 2015, supporting our project teams at Ken-Ton UFSD and Grand Island CSD. Jared’s responsibilities expanded at Livonia CSD to include both field management and project management responsibilities in the capacity of a Project/Field Manager. Since then, Jared has helped lead the Penfield CSD and Mount Morris CSD teams as a Project Manager. In his new role as Senior Project Manager, Jared will take on broader responsibilities to provide leadership support across multiple ongoing projects in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region, serving as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and architects.

David Vawter is being promoted to Senior Project Manager. David started with Campus in 2016 and has been working as a full-time Project Manager. He’s provided support to our project teams at Medina CSD, Springville-Griffith Institute CSD, Sweet Home CSD, and he’s currently assisting the teams at Lake Shore CSD, Eden CSD, and Frontier CSD. In his new role, David will provide leadership support to the project teams and serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and architects.

Morgan Hedemann is being promoted to Senior Field Manager. Morgan was hired at Campus as a full-time Field Manager in 2012. He’s provided support to our project teams at Williamsville CSD, Lewiston-Porter CSD, Lockport City SD, and Medina CSD. He’s currently assisting the project team at Grand Island CSD. In his new role, Morgan will lead project field activities, be responsible for project schedules, field coordination, and team leadership support on projects.
